1. Who we are

SparkOps is operated by ROYTEC. For anything related to your data, contact sparkops.app@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name and password (stored hashed), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Business data you enter: your customers' contact details, job records, financial figures, and documents you generate. You own this data.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: anonymous, aggregated page analytics (via Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used. No advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

Only to run SparkOps: authenticate you, store and display your business data, send service emails (such as trial reminders and receipts), provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

4. Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (managed database, encrypted at rest) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.

5. Third parties we rely on

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics
• Paddle — payments, billing and tax handling
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google — optional sign-in

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists (including locked accounts after an expired trial, so you can come back). To delete your account and all associated data, email sparkops.app@gmail.com — we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.

8. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or delete it at any time by contacting us. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), we honor those requests accordingly.

9. Children

SparkOps is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect.
