Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SparkOps ("the Service") is operated by ROYTEC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at sparkops.app@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

SparkOps is a business management app for independent electricians: customer records, job scheduling, financial tracking, PDF quotes and receipts, and related tools. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce what your plan includes without notice.

3. Your account

Keep your login credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with every feature included. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to keep using the Service; if you don't, your account is locked but your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off after subscribing.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, taxes and receipts. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings — no calls, no contracts. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

7. Refunds

If something isn't right, contact us at sparkops.app@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll issue a refund. Renewal charges outside that window are not refundable, but you can always cancel future renewals.

8. Your data

The customer and job data you enter belongs to you. We don't sell it and we only use it to run the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to export or delete your data.

We work to keep SparkOps fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep independent records of anything critical to your business.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
